Based in Brooklyn, I am an artist and poet whose practice centers on printed matter and object making. My work lives at the intersection of language and materiality, exploring how words take on new meaning when given different forms. I am drawn to the tactile and exploring the ways in which the meaning of language can change through the mode of expression.
I am currently pursuing an MFA in Communication Design at Pratt Institute, where I am expected to graduate May 2026. In 2022, I earned a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Poetry from SUNY Purchase. Getting these dual degrees shaped how I think, design, and make. The dialogue between the two disciplines is central to my work and drives my ongoing interest in bridging visual and literary forms.
Across mediums, I am committed to experimentation and process. I approach each project as an opportunity to learn something new, challenge my own assumptions, and push the boundaries of what design, poetry, and craft can do in conversation with one another. I am most interested in discovering what questions lie between mediums.
