It's Not as Good as It Should Be
An undergraduate thesis project reflecting dual degrees in Graphic Design and Creative Writing, manifested as a collection of poetry presented across five distinct volumes. Each book contains the same poems, yet differs in organizational structure, visual imagery, and color palette — granting the reader agency in determining how they encounter the work. Book One is organized chronologically by date; Book Two follows an intuitive, felt sequence; Book Three is divided into sections by poetic form; Book Four is ordered by chance; and Book Five is arranged according to the locations in which the poems were written. Together, the five volumes propose that structure itself is a meaningful editorial and aesthetic choice.
