Nightmare Pillows
A series of textile works emerging from my graduate thesis, Death is The Catalyst and Everything Else is the Response. Drawing from a lifelong practice of recording my dreams, I developed a collection of erasure poems titled I Love Nightmares That's Why I Keep Having Them— sourced from my own dream journal alongside contributions from nine additional volunteers. These poems are hand-embroidered onto pillows constructed from found materials, transforming intimate subconscious narratives into tactile objects that invite new perspectives on the emotional and symbolic dimensions of the dream experience.
